Strangers' Hall - 19th July 2025

Slideshow accompaniment
Maiden Lane from Playford, arranged by Sharon Pointeer

A small group of us spent a pleasant afternoon playing at Strangers' Hall in Norwich. We started our performance in the beautiful garden, but when it came on to rain we moved inside to the Undercroft, which is the earliest part of the hall, dating from around 1320. We played a variety of tunes, including some early music and tunes from the Playford collection.

Turn on (and off) each player in turn to hear some of the tunes we played.
